Lucky Boot

A one-act play written & directed, by Lily Seavey.  Performed by Lily Seavey and Sharon Fron.

The story follows a superstitious bride who runs away from the altar, all because of a missing piece of footwear... The play examines themes of guilt, loss, friendship, and love.

The mission behind Lucky Boot was to bring people together through honest storytelling and collaborative artistry. Created with local performers, the project aimed to celebrate creative risk, connection, and the joy of live theatre.

Presented as a free outdoor performance in Fort Worth, Texas Lucky Boot fostered connection and creative exchange within the community. The production spotlighted emerging talent and left a lasting impression that underscored the importance of accessible theater.

Rehearsal at Lily's Apartment
